Sustainability and Responsibility

We try to pay more and more attention to our environmental footprint. We have already done a lot to avoid plastic and other environmental pollution in our production and logistics. We will continue to take steps in this direction in the future.

When it comes to packaging, we made sure to completely dispense with plastic and mainly use recycled materials. Shipping is also climate-neutral thanks to the GOGREEN service from DHL.

We carry blanks from every major manufacturer and many boutique brands. By purchasing sustainable products, we are constantly trying to reduce our environmental footprint. Further we enhance them ourselves in Germany using various techniques such as embroidery, screen printing, flex, flock, and sublimation, among others.

We are driven to produce our own products within the EU, specifically in Portugal.

Additionally we plan to make our products exclusively from sustainable materials such as recycled plastic, organic cotton, bamboo fibers and other sustainable alternatives to conventional fabrics.

Reducing our carbon footprint and to present Kushmayers as a CO2 neutral company by purchasing certificates and supporting climate protection projects will be an important goal for us.

Placing an Order

Thank you for wanting to order from us. It's not difficult at all. Select an item you like then select size and click on "add to cart" then continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click  “Checkout” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click “Checkout" to complete your order.

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Feel free to contact us with any questions via email at business@kushmayers.com.

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been sent.

If you’d like to confirm whether a specific item is available, or if it will be restocked, please contact us at business@kushmayers.com.

Please note that stock-updates may be delayed during special events or any other promotional sales.

Sizing

You want to know your perfect size? Check the size chart for your product. The products are measured as follows:

We have provided two pieces of information for measuring a Tshirt. The length and width. The length is measured from the top to the bottom, while the width is measured horizontally at chest height.

For measuring a hoodie we have provided three pieces of information. The length, width and sleevelength. The length and width are measured in the same way as for the Tshirt, while the sleeve length is measured from the shoulder to the lowest point of the sleeve.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over 75 euros. (Only within Germany)

GERMANY

Shipping within Germany costs 3.95€.

EU

Shipping within the EU costs 8.95€.

WORLWIDE

Worldwide shipping costs 15.95€.

Usually the delivery does not take longer than 5-7 business days.

If your order takes longer the ordered products are no longer in stock and must be produced by us first.

When the order is ready for shipping, a delivery confirmation will be provided via E-Mail.

All orders are shipped through DHL.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Returns and exchanges

An order can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received (not worn, not washed). Please note that a refund is not possibe if the poduct is damaged or without original tags.

We do not cover any additional costs for returning or exchanging items, unless you received already damaged goods.

Just send us an email to business@kushmayers.com. We will take care of it as soon as possible and inform you of all further steps.

You can choose between three return options:

* If you want to exchange a product tell us what item, color and size you want to receive. A new order will be created that will ship once the returned product(s) arrive in our warehouse. If there is a price difference you will be compensated with a refund or you will receive a new invoice to pay for the outstanding amount.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or discount. Damaged items must be reported/canceled within 14 days after delivery. All damages should be reported to business@kushmayers.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
